JOB DESCRIPTIONDescription:
Our client is a construction company located in Calgary AB, who specializes in utilities and infrastructure. They are currently looking for a Proposal Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and developing RFx responses focused on Transmission, Substation, Distribution or Telecommunications.
This individual will work with clients, internal departments and subject matter experts during all stages of the bid life cycle; providing support in sourcing opportunities, gathering information, developing win strategies and differentiators with the goal of strengthening proposal content and presenting a consistent brand with a consistent message to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and needs to be well versed in Acrobat, Word and SharePoint. They will be working with 6 other proposal coordinators in an open concept environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
- 1-2 years exp. in proposal writing, project coordination or supply chain
- Strong attention to detail
- Data entry
- Microsoft office (needs to be able to have an expert knowledge of word)
- Acrobat
- Great communication and detailed oriented
NICE TO HAVES
- Sharepoint Experience
- Business Certificate, Diploma or Degree
Education:
Bachelors or Diploma
•Post-Secondary Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business; or a combination of relevant previous education and experience
