Responsibilities:

Operate construction vehicles as the primary driver
Site set up and clean up of construction area
Keep job site clean and follow safety standards
Clean and maintain tools
Manual excavation and demolistion tasks non hazardous materials.
Removal of construction debris and related garbage removal
Load/unload and deliver materials on site
Knowledge of basic construction materials.
Assist tradepersons when required
Follow instruction from supervisors

Qualifactions:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be willing to work outside when required
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Own CSA boots, hard hat, vest and glasses
Possess WHIMS and OHS
Fall arrest training
First aid training is considered an asset
Ability to use basic power tools considered an asset
Sacffold setup teardown knowledge is considered an asset.
