Responsibilities:

Must be able to commute daily to our Facility in Hawkesbury, Ontario**_
Coordinate labour, workflow and materials to achieve on time delivery and quality
Responsible and accountable for achieving departmental results on safety, quality, productivity, cost and waste according to targets
Ensure compliance with procedures and standards at all times
Ensure process documentation is accurate, timely, and maintained according to procedure
Lead and direct up to 80 employees on shift
Ensure accountability of team leads, setup operators, and line staff to meet safety, quality & operational targets as well as company policies, values & code of conduct
Provide training, support, and leadership guidance to team leaders Supporting staff on daytoday basis for general troubleshooting/problem solving/conflict resolution
Communicate crossfunctionally regarding equipment failures and quality concerns Maintaining quality/safety standards
Lead, coordinate and / or participate in continues improvement activities

Qualifications:

35 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment;
Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma knowledge an asset;
Organized, autonomous, resourceful, a good leader with his team;
Ability to communicate with different levels of hierarchy within the business unit;
Ability to work with tight deadlines, good stress management;
Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills;
Performance driven; Team player;
Able to multitask in a fastpaced changing environment.
