Position Summary

Magellan Aerospace has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time permanent Administrative Coordinator (AP) at our manufacturing hub in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The Administrative Coordinator (AP) will be responsible for performing all duties related to Accounts Payable.

Essential Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Invoice Entry.
Vendor Payment Processing.
Filing of Vendor Invoices.

Regularly works with buyers and vendors to resolve issues.

Position Requirements

Post-secondary education in Business Administration courses.
Minimum of 2 years prior Administrative experience is required.
Good working knowledge of and experience with standard office equipment and software (i.e. Microsoft Office, etc).

Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
