Residential Project Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warranty Coordinator to support in coordinating schedules, work, and administrative tasks associated with job completion.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with planning and organization of construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
  • Proactively identify, and address problems as or before they occur.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, subtrades, and suppliers.
  • Attending client meetings when required to assist with determination of project requirements and submit estimations based on requirements.
  • Perform site visits to create estimates, take measurements, and track the progress and quality of work being performed by trades.
  • Support the coordination work of subtrades to ensure productivity.
  • Coordinate changes to the contract including communication with Project Manager and ensure documentation updates.
  • Ensure client's needs are met in a timely and costeffective manner.
  • Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures & prepare progress reports for clients.
  • Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude.
  • Performs general administrative, cost tracking, and recordkeeping tasks
  • Other duties may be assigned as they occur.

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in Civil or Construction Engineering Technology or equivalent education in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability of high attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability with written and verbal communication skills.
- (preferred) Knowledge/experience within the residential construction process.

Hours of Work
Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm; however, some after-hours calls and work may be required.
