- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options.
- Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team.
- Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans.
- Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
- Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions.
- Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator in the dental field is required.
- Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required.
- Experience with dental software programs is required.
- Strong customer service experience.

Get to Know Us: Dawson Dental Broadview is located in East York at the corner of Broadview and Mortimer Ave. We are three bus stops away from Broadview Station and close to the Don Valley Pkwy. At Dawson Dental, you will work with a talented, driven, and dedicated team that feels like family. We strive to provide the highest level of patient care, including Orthodontic treatment, Endodontics, Sleep and Sedation Dentistry, and Kids Dentistry. We pride ourselves on delivering quality dental care with up-to-date technology and ensuring patients have a positive, memorable experience.
