The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the store manager in all aspects of the store's operation, including: daily operations, scheduling, and administrative duties.

The Assistant Manager supervises employees and is responsible for training new hires.

In addition to overseeing the daily operation of the store, the Assistant Manager provides support for the Associate Store Managers by developing and implementing productivity plans for all staff members.

The Assistant Manager must be capable of working independently and with mínimal supervision from the Store Manager. This position requires a professional demeanor and experience in fashion retail.


Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inventory checks of the store's food and beverage stock.
• Create daily food and beverage specials.
• Manage staff performance.
• Communicate with clients about changes to the restaurant's menu.
• Keep the restaurant stocked with paper goods and cleaning supplies.
• Be available on short notice to fill in for other managers.

Salary:
$21.00-$24.00 per hour
