Responsibilities:
- Creating menus for events of all sizes from small intimate dinners to large banquets
- Ensuring that the food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
- Working closely with the wait staff and other staff to ensure the success of the event
- Setting up and breaking down equipment in a timely manner
- Staying up to date with food trends
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the banquets and catering industry
- Culinary school certificate or diploma
- Proven experience with Italian cuisine
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- A passion for creating great culinary experiences for clients
