Reporting to the Director of Pricing, Tenures and Administration the position provides site level management services of office operations with regards to safety, administration, and planning.

The role includes managing the regional office business continuity plan, safe certification program, wildfire TEAMs program liaison, office accommodation program and directing local office administration programs.

In addition, the role manages the multi -district programs for Capital purchases of specialized business equipment, business planning and performance management reporting.


Job Requirements:


  • Degree in business administration, public administration, resource management or equivalent or 2 year diploma in Business Administration combined with 3 or more years of office management experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience leading diverse teams or work groups Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
    Preference statement(s)
