    We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in administrative tasks within a medical office setting.



    About the Role:



    • Greet patients and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

    • Maintain accurate patient records through effective filing and documentation practices


    • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices and vendor management

    • Support human resources functions such as payroll processing and employee training & development initiatives

      • The Daily Operations Manager's main goal is smooth daily operations for all office procedures.
