Overview:

Duties:

Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities
Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
Implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments
Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company standards and procedures
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Knowledge of ecommerce operations and order fulfillment processes
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
Excellent data analysis skills to drive decisionmaking processes
Familiarity with computer science principles related to logistics
Experience in process improvement initiatives within a warehouse setting
