• No prior work experience is necessary as training will be provided.

- Produce reports on customer interactions;
- Evaluate overall shopping experiences at multiple retail locations;
A successful applicant will possess solid analytical skills, enjoy working independently, and be able to maintain confidentiality throughout the investigation process. This position requires frequent travel between assigned stores; own reliable transportation is mandatory.
