Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Provide guidance on policies, resolve workplace issues, and promote fair treatment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer payroll, track vacation, and manage benefits programs.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to Ontario labor laws and internal HR policies.
Training & Development:
Coordinate learning programs and maintain training records.
Offboarding:
Facilitate smooth employee exits and conduct exit interviews.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage new hire orientation and onboarding.
Successful candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in HR or related field
CHRL designation is an asset
3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience in service-sector environments (non-manufacturing)
