Job Purpose


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Shingrix DTC Manager, will lead the creation, implementation, and measurement of all direct-to-consumer/patient marketing strategies for Shingrix.


Responsibilities

  • Leverage knowledge of Health Canada, ASC, and PAAB to drive consumer/patient directed campaigns using an integrated omnichannel approach.
  • Build a deep understanding of the consumer and HCP journeys across various regions, leverage insights to develop compelling content, establish impactful marketing mix, and execute successful multichannel consumer campaigns.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal crossfunctional teams and external partners to align objectives across multiple groups and influence outcomes.
  • Work with Global counterparts to ensure local deployment of Global initiatives.
  • Leverage previous consumer/CPG experience in building multichannel campaigns to develop KPIs that can be measured through marketing mix modelling and other avenues to demonstrate success and check and adjust plans based on performance.
  • Evaluate and set project budgets, work with creative and media agencies to ensure progression according to budget.

Basic Qualifications

  • Undergraduate University Degree required.
  • 45 years of experience in consumer/CPG, digital, social, omnichannel marketing with a clear commercial focus
  • Has successfully built and executed consumer and multichannelchannel marketing campaigns within the pharmaceutical and/or CPG industries.
  • Strong ability to interpret and leverage data and insights to provide optimized recommendations.
  • Proven strengths in digital marketing including search marketing (SEM/SEO), content marketing, social media, mobile marketing, influencer and earned media campaigns, user generated content, and use of web analytics.
  • Clear understanding of how to measure success through lead and lag metrics leveraging the above communication platforms. Wellversed with recent experience in digital media and social media metrics.
  • Understanding how to leverage these communication platforms with consumers/patients/HCPs in the context of Canadian governance.
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies.
  • Experience in largescale project launches, delivering results in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with analytical ability to use data to inform all decisions.
