We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snowmaking Foreman to join our team at Marmot Basin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing snowmaking operations, supervising crew members, and maintaining proper working order of snow guns.

This is a full-time seasonal role that requires the ability to work outside in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate must have intermediate-level skiing or snowboarding skills, mechanical knowledge, and previous experience with snowmaking equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Intermediate level (or better) skier/snowboarder


• Capable of working outside in severe weather conditions


• Mechanical background and experience with pump house start up and operation


• Pump and motor maintenance experience (i.e., greasing oil changes)


• Ski Industry experience preferred but not required

The selected individual should expect to be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly, stand for long periods while walking on uneven terrain over varied winter surfaces such as hillsides glades during nighttime shifts etc..
