We are looking for a committed self-motivated individual to join our team, knowledge in appliance repair would be an asset.

We will provide extensive training to the right individual and will provide opportunity for advancement and salary increase.

Other responsibilities include:
Listening to customers' complaints;
Conduct mechanical and electrical checks and identify source of break down;
Perform repairs needed, make adjustments or replace necessary parts;
Install/replace cosmetic parts and perform appliance hook ups;
Provide excellent customer service;
Respect and protect customer's property;
Explaining repairs, giving quotes, providing proper documentation, recording model and serial numbers and purchase dates.

Collecting payments and keeping truck stocked.

Notify supervisors of company service truck needed repairs or maintenance.

Possibly train newer technicians in the future.

Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
