Engineered Air is looking for a motivated, result-driven individual to join our team in Calgary, AB. This position would be reporting directly to the Traffic Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound freight for all Canada and US locations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight for all Canadian and US locations of Engineered Air.
- Ensure shipments arrive at destination on time.
- Responsible for initiating and tracking freight claims.
- Approving invoices for shipments.
- Back up for Customs Cross border transactions
Experience And Qualifications Required
- 3-5 years of progressive transportation industry experience.
- CIFFA Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association Professional Designation is an asset.
- Experience with Hazmat transportation
- Experience with courier, LTL, TL and 3 PL providers.
- Experience with transportation on over dimensional loads across North America.

- Cope well under pressure; meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced growing organization.
- Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, as well as the ability to learn new computer applications as required.
