    These are perm roles with one of our Global Client

    Dayforce/Successfactor/Workday Expert

    Location: Hybrid- All Canada

    Perm role with a top global client

    • Multiple roles at different levels – Sr Manager, Manager, Consultant, Sr Consultant
    • HCM / HR technology knowledge and implementation experience ideal- SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian Dayforce, UKG Dimensions, Oracle, Workday, etc
    • 2 - 5 years project implementation experience. At least 1 Full lifecycle implementation experience
    • Understand end to end life-cycle
    • Support or lead business process design, enhancements
    • Participate and/or lead client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deployment
    • Approximately 2- 3 years Consulting experience
    • Work with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations.
    • Security clearance, or ability to secure Security clearance is highly preferred
