    This process is an "inventory," which allows you to submit your application over a period up to October 31, 2024.

    The evaluation of applications will be done continuously and in stages, starting with the validation of essential and asset experience and education, thus making it possible to identify which candidates have experience in each of the specialties sought.

    This position reports within the Environmental Services and Contaminated Sites Management (ESCSM) Business Unit which is responsible for supporting federal departments and agencies in addressing a variety of environmental issues through the provision of technical and regulatory advice and project management services.

    The project management administrator is responsible for:


    • Setting up and maintaining project structures, project funding and forecasts within SAP/SIGMA
    • Setting up and maintaining sales contracts and purchase orders for projects
    • Reviewing and reconciling project financials
    • Providing quality assurance of procurement packages and payment requests Work environment

    The immediate intent of this process is to staff vacant positions within the Environmental Services and Contaminated Sites Management Directorate (ESCSM).

    This inventory will be used to fill positions in PSPC as needed.

    THE FIRST PULL FOR THIS INVENTORY WILL TAKE PLACE ON OCTOBER 20, 2023
    A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
    Experience in the application of financial policies and procedures.

    • Experience creating purchase orders, entering receipts and processing payments using an electronic database system.
    • Experience providing advice regarding administrative procedures
    Knowledge of financial processes related to invoicing and reconciling accounts
    Thinking things through – innovating through analysis and ideas.

    • Client Service – Level 1* Ability to use Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
    • Experience using SAP software in creating Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts and/or Service Entry Sheet Documents
    • Experience using SAP/SIGMA Project System Module
    • Experience using SAP/SIGMA Sales and Distribution Module
    • Experience in basic Project Management Services and/or Fee Charging practices
