Description

Blake Medical Group Inc., is a proud Canadian family owned manufacture of medical seating, mattresses and a unique gel that is the fundamental part of our product line, based in Hamilton, Ontario.

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team as we continue to grow and early-stage entry into the European market.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for general bookkeeping
Making entries into accounting software and internal databases as needed
Accurately pay invoices in accordance with the payment terms
AR and AP
Entering Purchase Orders and Invoices
Integrity, professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent problem solving abilities
Team player, willingness to help others
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines

Education and Job Experience:

Certificate in accounting or business administration. Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles
Strong financial understanding and background in accounting, bookkeeping and related financial administration required
At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
