This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, working collaboratively within a small team, and participating in the development of process and procedures.


Responsibilities:


  • Visit customer locations to deploy, troubleshoot or migrate services while representing our organization.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues as necessary.
  • Educate customers on the use of all related products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT support experience is required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the willingness to provide a driver's abstract annually.
  • Ability to work flexible and rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, occasional overnights, and oncall.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and make decisions in highpressure situations.

Qualifications Considered Assets:

  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and network management tools.
  • Technical degree or relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, Juniper JNCIA, JNCIS, Fortinet NSE, or other networking certifications.
  • Experience working with Ubuntu and/or CentOS Linux.

Salary:
$33,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
