Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing backup for Reception /Front Desk Coordinator
- Ensuring boardrooms are prepared with appropriate equipment and sanitized
- Processing mail and couriers
- Processing reproduction requests
- Saving, filing, and distributing correspondence/documents
- Performing quality control inspections
- Completing inventory and orders supplies & confectionary
- Liaising with Litigation Support/legal teams as required
- Communicating with third party vendors
- Performing other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, primarily in Microsoft Suite
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services firm is an asset
- First Aid/CPR certificate an asset
