Description
Set up, operate and maintain CNC machine

  • Set up and using tooling for CNC machining of solid wood or woodbased materials
  • Following provided production schedules and working with supplied documentation to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials to and from the machining center
  • Prepare and load raw materials into the CNC machines.
  • Supervise CNC machines during production and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose common CNC problems, consulting with manufacturer as necessary
  • Programming and operating CNC machines to produce cabinet components.
  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
  • Maintenance of CNC equipment to ensure safe and efficient longterm performance.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
