System Support and Helpdesk

Who we're looking for:
What you'll do:
User support for MS Office 365
Desktop Support experience with MS Windows 7, 8.1, 10,11
Performing remote, in-person, and over-the-phone troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Provide accurate information on IT products and services
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided
Direct unsolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Must Haves:
Intermediate experience with Active Directory, including GPO management
General knowledge and experience with network connectivity - switches, routers, etc.
Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, network drives, etc.
Experience using a central management ticket solution with inventory and asset management
Previous experience with TMW Truckmate or other transportation systems as an asset
Proven ability to multitask and work with a variety of people and roles in the company
Ability to work under high pressure while maintaining your composure
Maintaining technical documentation of problems and processes
Mobile Device Management knowledge is a plus (SOTI as an example)
VOIP Knowledge is an asset
PowerShell knowledge is an asset
Self-starter who can work alone and as part of a team
Ability to lift and move IT equipment as necessary - less than 50lbs
Some infrequent travel may be required. Must have a valid driver's license.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
