POSITION OVERVIEW:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor mobility device programs through Alerts Management systems and advise Branch Management on device usage and performance.
Inventory control, activation, deployment, and deactivation of mobile devices.
Track retrieval of devices from inactive and terminated employees.
Identify relevant training needs, documentation, and opportunities.
Provide training to new staff during the Onboarding Process
Troubleshoot basic issues with devices as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Travel to Etobicoke office location every Tuesday to support the field staff.
May need to conduct and attend presentations.
Manual dexterity required to use computers, mobile devices, and other devices.
Overtime may be required at times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Postsecondary education preferred.
Computer Science background will be an asset, but not required
Costumer service excellence.
Experience with the troubleshooting, set up, and maintenance of mobile devices.
2 years of direct work experience as a corporate/branch trainer is a plus.
