Job Summary:

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our
Financial Analysts, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Provide financial analysis to ensure accurate financial statements and maximize profit potential.
  • Coordinate the collection and compilation of weekly forecasting and analysis to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in the review and analysis of weekly and monthly financial results.
  • Prepare and compile monthend reporting.
  • Partner with the operations management team to analyze trends and identify areas of best practice.
  • Assist operation's management in the annual budget process, as well as quarterly forecasting.
  • Answer queries and support Operations Management and Senior leadership.
  • Ensure operations adhere to company policies.

Here's how we'll know you'll be successful in the role:


  • Minimum three years of experience with financial analysis; accounting designation (i.e., CA, CMA, CGA) is preferred, ideally in a complex fast paced multisite environment; experience in a similar industry/background is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, accounting, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to identify issues and prepare effective reports, briefing notes and presentation materials.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in an team environment and operations.
  • Proficient with PC operations (Windows, MS Office including Excel, Word and Access).
