Key Responsibilities:
- Process and administer the biweekly payroll.
- Coordinate with clients and staffs to receive timesheets and track hours on the timesheet.
- Add new employees to the payroll system and maintain all employee payroll records.
- Create invoices on a weekly basis for the clients and ensure there are no errors before they are sent out Review employment contract.
- Collaborate with the Accountant and CRA
- Other duties assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
- Certification in Accounting, or Finance
- At least some prior experience as a payroll coordinator.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Must be good with MS Office and Computer Systems
Salary:
$48,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:
