Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer the biweekly payroll.
  • Coordinate with clients and staffs to receive timesheets and track hours on the timesheet.
  • Add new employees to the payroll system and maintain all employee payroll records.
  • Create invoices on a weekly basis for the clients and ensure there are no errors before they are sent out Review employment contract.
  • Collaborate with the Accountant and CRA
  • Other duties assigned by the Director.

Requirements:


  • Certification in Accounting, or Finance
  • At least some prior experience as a payroll coordinator.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Must be good with MS Office and Computer Systems

Salary:
$48,000.00 per year
