Personal Lines Team Lead
We at Maxxam Insurance Nanaimo are looking for a Personal Lines CSR agent. As our Maxxam Group continues to grow, are looking for a driven motivated individual to join our team.

We will provide you training, mentorship and all the tools you need to possess a successful career.

  • Level 2 licensee, with a minimum of 2 years in personal lines
  • Has an understanding of ICBC Autoplan, Fleet, and Garage
  • Highly selfmotivated individual with the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to lead a team with confidence and patience
  • Experience with training and developing new employees
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$42,500.00-$62,000.00 per year
