About the Role:Essity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for an experienced Clinical Trainer - Advanced Wound Care.

This role will support the Quebec sales team by providing knowledge, training, and support to the sales team with Advanced Wound Care solutions, to ensure strategic market development, reputation and profit growth for the company.

Due to the nature of this role you will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. "Fully vaccinated" means two weeks have passed from the last injection of primary series.

You will also need to comply with customer/client requirements which may include boosters for access to client premises or to maintain compliance with credentialing.


What You Will Do:


  • Conduct Customer Services in the related field of specialty in AWC.
  • Identify, develop & maintain relationships with key clinical opinion leaders & associations.
  • Conduct customer seminars/inservices & product trials.
  • Lead role in developing internal and external training and AWC education programs like; Venous leg ulcer (VLU), diabetic foot ulcer (DFU), postop (Surgical), etc...
  • Responsible for setting up and managing patient trials, clinical posters and white papers on the use and outcomes for our Advanced Wound Care and products portfolio.
  • Responsible for setting up and implementing educational programs to increase awareness, optimize proper utilization, stimulate product evaluations and adoption of new technologies.
  • Indepth Essity & competitive product knowledge; features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
  • Work with sales management to develop clinical project & sales strategies.
  • Displays or demonstrates products, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.
  • Call on current and potential KOL/users to promote Essity & BSN medical products.
  • Liaison between field and inhouse departments on resolving problems.

Who You Are:


  • Registered Nurse or Nursing background in Advanced wound care practices and with compression products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to provide support for sales teams within the region.
  • Experience in clinical training or teaching preferred.
  • Some domestic travel required throughout their respective territory: 2030%
  • Excellent aptitude & attitude for teamwork
  • Ability to develop and manage priorities, projects, and clinical trials.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Bi-Lingual (French/English)
