Job description
Experienced "B" Operator with a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry. Skilled in Food & Beverage, Preventative Maintenance, Food Science, and SQF. Strong food operations and maintenance background. This role maintains our facilities so that they are safe, functional, and represent the company well

• Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the plant and refrigeration system, including the log books in accordance with T.S.S.A.
• Whenever possible, perform minor repairs and maintenance (i.e. lighting changes, plumbing repairs, repairs to door locks/door hardware, adjusting thermostats, etc.)
• Routine equipment and preventative maintenance: Clean/lubricate boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, etc.
• Monitors and records flow rates, pressure and temperature with specific cold chain parameters
• Responsible for safe, efficient operation of the ammonia refrigeration and other refrigeration systems.
• Operates plant in a safe and efficient manner and applies GMP's
• Valid Refrigeration Class "B" or "A" Operator
• Be mechanically inclined, and able to carry out some building maintenance and general repairs
• Ability to learn and operate production equipment
• Sense of urgency and ability to manage multi demands
• Exceptional organizational skills with discipline to follow up
• Self starter with strong attention to detail
• Basic Computer skills

$35.00-$42.00 per hour
