Shifts vary and must be available most days and weekends.

A Smart Choices Certificate is required for this position and compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based off of experience.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

Passion for the beer industry and the craft beer business.
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for our customers with exceptional customer service, ethics, and high expectations for quality.
Help training new and existing staff on new procedures and in proper and safe techniques for service, opening and closing.
Drive leadership of their team, including product knowledge, scheduling, performance management and reviews.
Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the team to implement agreedupon strategies, practices, and promotions.
Handle guest feedback and react quickly and professionally in person and online.
Tracking daily inventory.
Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with all supporting departments.
Strong willingness to learn on the job & perform in stressful situations.
Detailoriented and strong communication skills.
Demonstrated collaborative approach that values open and honest communication, integrity, respect, consistency, and fairness.
