    Overall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

    ·Perform tasks as requested efficiently and accurately, using standard methods and techniques;

    ·Aquatic, groundwater, and/or surface water investigations and monitoring;

    ·Safely conducting and leading field work, field data collection, and documentation;

    ·Providing technical expertise and/or support for aquatic, hydrogeologic, and/or hydrologic investigations and monitoring;

    ·Working with engineers, geologists, hydrogeologists, biologists, data managers, and other environmental scientists to contribute to larger multidisciplinary projects;

    ·Tracking and reporting on field activity; and

    ·Preparing supporting documentation for reports, data checking & assessments.

    Qualifications

    ·Diploma or degree in environmental studies;

    ·At least 5 years of practical experience in environmental monitoring;

    ·Class 5 driver's licence;

    ·Experience in either the oil and gas industry or mining is considered an asset; and

    ·Familiarity with Argo operation would be beneficial.
