Description

Hiring RPN/UCP/PSW.

We are a Health Care company that offers competitive salaries to our employees, working alongside a motivated team, and providing a flexible work schedule.

We are looking for caring, dedicated RPNs, PSWs, and UCPs to join our team.

Requirements:

PSW/RPN/UCP Certificate.
Experience as a PSW/RPN.
CPR Certificate.
Police Check.
Membership with the Ontario Personal Support Workers Association is an asset.

RPN:

Assessing patient health needs, discussing test results, and addressing health promotion and disease prevention inquiries.
Recording patient vitals when necessary, preparing patients and rooms for examinations, and administering medications as needed.

PSW:

Following care plans, observing and reporting significant findings or changes in patient behavior.
Working under the supervision of Registered Healthcare Professionals like RNs or RPNs.
Assisting with ambulation, positioning, and transfers using appropriate equipment.
Providing personal care such as toileting, bathing, grooming, and assisting with daily activities.

Qualifications:

Able to think and act quickly.
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Adherence to work hours and tasks.
Demonstrating focus, drive, and a strong work ethic.
Reliable and committed to responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
