Description
Build relationships and maintain customer rapport by using effective communication to promptly answer questions and addressing concerns.

  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
  • Provides the highest levels of customer service, both internally and externally, with the goal of continuously improving the customer experience and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Communicate proficiently with customers, staff, and management to report any problems or delays regarding service and/or parts deliveries.
  • Keep management aware of situations that might need management intervention or that might adversely affect the business reputation, profitability or customer satisfaction.
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Other duties as assigned and as may be amended from time to time to meet company objectives.

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years automotive service experience
  • Service advisor and/or Service Management experience considered an asset
  • Experience with CDK Dealer Management system and the Microsoft Office Suite is an asset
  • Basic technological and mechanical knowledge of how a vehicle operates is an asset
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with a positive, professional attitude
  • Proven leadership skills and being able to manage a team while leading by example
  • Ability to provide and demonstrate a client first experience while motivating the department
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask and work in a demanding environment
  • Selfmotivated and have excellent time management skills
  • Excellent attendance is a must and consistently arrives to work on time
