Senior UI/UX Designer (5 yrs+) to develop and support user experiences in the financial industry

Our client is looking for an Senior UI/UX Designer (3 yrs+) to develop and support user experiences in the financial industry
Establish a design system in Figma based on client's internal design component library
Create current state design assets for implementation teams based on the underlying product that they maintain
Proactively identify design problems and collaborate with implementation teams to improve existing product design
Create a design process to how to maintain version control for design assets and train implementation teams on the process
Train and coach implementation teams on using Figma as a design tool for collaboration when collaborating on business and user requirements
Present new design concepts and engage implementation teams to identify business and user requirements
Collaborate with implementation teams to translate business and user requirements into design solutions
Experience with managment of design assets and version control
~5-years minimum UI/UX design for Web or Mobile apps
~2 minimum UI/UX design projects in Canadian banking or financial services industry
~2 minimum UI/UX design projects for employee based products
~ Experience in leading development / implementation teams on UI/UX design principles
~ Personal design portfolio with examples of UI/UX design projects for digital products
