    Job Title: Account Supervisor

    Overview:

    As an Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing account management strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive growth for both the client and the agency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
    • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients
    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and communication.
    • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
    • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Account Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
    • Lead strategic discussions, offering insights and recommendations to drive client success.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
    • Project Management:
    • Oversee the execution of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, etc.) to allocate resources, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Monitor project performance and KPIs, proactively addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
    • Team Collaboration:
    • As a growing agency, there are currently no direct reports to this role.
    • Financial Management:
    • Manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets.
    • Monitor billing and invoicing processes, resolving any discrepancies or issues as needed.
    • Identify opportunities for organic growth and upselling additional services to clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an agency environment.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital and traditional channels.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp).
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools is a plus.

    Salary Range: $75-80K
