- Client Relationship Management:

- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Account Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
- Lead strategic discussions, offering insights and recommendations to drive client success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, etc.) to allocate resources, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Monitor project performance and KPIs, proactively addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Team Collaboration:
- As a growing agency, there are currently no direct reports to this role.
- Financial Management:
- Manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor billing and invoicing processes, resolving any discrepancies or issues as needed.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and upselling additional services to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital and traditional channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
