    Job Title: Product Owner, Digital Banking

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our Digital Special Projects Program in National Bank. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in the development of innovative solutions and be part of the organization's digital transformation.

    You will work closely with a small team of specialists, business lines, and external partners to contribute to a unique initiative in the market. Your creativity and ability to think outside the box will be essential in achieving our goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and ensure the performance of various solutions or features offered by internal and external partners
    • Compliance and risk management
    • Clearing, settlement, and accounting
    • Develop and interpret analyses, diagnostics, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor solution performance
    • Make appropriate corrections and recommendations
    • Diagnose problematic situations, intervene in complex problem resolution, and ensure issues are addressed
    • Participate in digital journey construction and life cycles, optimizing each step for innovative solutions
    • Develop and implement end-to-end operational processes with business analyst support
    • Evaluate process performance and maintain results within established thresholds
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement while considering customer experience
    • Represent the sector with NBC stakeholders and operational teams
    • Follow up on action plans related to internal audits, compliance, and operational risk

    Your Team:

    You will be part of an autonomous team of around fifty people within the Digital Special Projects sector. Our team is known for its camaraderie, mutual aid, dynamism, and sense of innovation.

    Prerequisites:

    • Field-related education and four to five years of relevant experience
    • Experience in the fintech industry
    • Experience in payment and card networks
    • Experience in asset management
    • Experience in developing and improving business processes
    • Transaction Lifecycle Knowledge
    • Knowledge of compliance; An asset

    Work schedules may vary depending on operational needs, with occasional calls for N3 support outside standard business hours.

    Languages:

    We require proficiency in languages other than French to discuss frequently with service providers or partners who speak a different language.

    Skills:

    Able to work with Agile methodologies, change management, client-focused approaches, communication, decision making, emotional intelligence, influence others, listening, mobilization, negotiation, organization skills, problem solving, risk management, strategy execution, and team alignment.
