Knight Archer Insurance is seeking a full-time
Business Intelligence Analyst, a new and exciting role, to support our Business Development and Processing divisions based at our headquarters in Regina, SK.

A Day in the Life:


  • Providing indepth analysis and insight into past, current, and future business and industry trends.
  • Understanding and analyzing brokerage comparisons resulting in competitive strategies.
  • Building and providing reporting information on sales, revenue, marketing, production, and performance.
  • Interpreting multiple levels of data provided by our Broker Management System (BMS), company markets, and external sources.
  • Collecting, organizing, and presenting data on a frequent basis to leadership.
  • Driving business strategy with reporting analysis.
  • Presenting trends visually using dashboard, graphics, and charts.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions for improvement and business growth based on findings.

What You Bring to KAI:


  • Energy and enthusiasm.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Expertlevel Excel experience.
  • Extreme proficiency in PowerBI.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret trends.

Education and Experience:


  • Business, Computer Science, or Data Analytics degree or education in a related field.
  • Five or more years experience working with
- and building reports.

  • Experience working in an office environment is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Bonus points for additional certifications relating to position.
  • Insurance or BMS experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with insurance markets and company portals is an asset.
