As we continue to redefine working papers through automation, we are excited to welcome a dynamic Business Development Manager with a background in public practice accounting to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, demos, and followups with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and document management.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide information about our software solutions.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to communicate updates, promotions, and product enhancements to clients.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Research and identify potential leads through various sources and tools.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales representatives.
  • Monitor and manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely followup and engagement.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resources needed for sales presentations and proposals.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for the sales team and management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our software solutions and their benefits.
  • Provide basic product information to clients during initial interactions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, customer support, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Experience with outbound sales; hunter mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts and practices is a plus.
