Responsibilities

  • Implement personalized rehabilitation programs in collaboration with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Speech and Language Pathologists.
  • Promote maximum independence for clients at home, in the community, and at work to support their re-integration
  • Conduct engaging exercise programs and group exercise classes
  • Implement effective behavioral interventions tailored to each client's needs
  • Facilitate and supervise activities of daily living,
  • Cognitive therapy programs
    • Promote enjoyable leisure activities for clients liAttend case conferencesand team meetings liDrive safely as needed liMaintain infection prevention practices
