Paul Davis Red Deer is a customer service-oriented fire and flood restoration company serving the insurance industry in Central Alberta.
About the Position:
We are currently seeking an individual with an excellent attitude, who wants to work in a team environment to support our Construction division.
As the Production Coordinator you are responsible for:
- Provide daily online updates for all open jobs
- scheduling between trades and vendors
- communicating daily with administrative personnel and all construction project managers
- communicating with homeowners
- labeling and uploading detailed construction job photos
- following through to be sure all timelines are met
- demonstrating the Paul Davis values of integrity, excellence, and outstanding customer service
Position Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan, direct and organize projects
- Schedule management
- Solid organization skills including multitasking and timemanagement
- Ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction would be an asset
