About Our Company:

Paul Davis Red Deer is a customer service-oriented fire and flood restoration company serving the insurance industry in Central Alberta.

We provide emergency response, clean-up, demolition, and construction to the insurance industry and its customers.

About the Position:

We are currently seeking an individual with an excellent attitude, who wants to work in a team environment to support our Construction division.

As the Production Coordinator you are responsible for:

Provide daily online updates for all open jobs

- soliciting requests, obtaining required forms, and uploading them to each job
- scheduling between trades and vendors
- communicating daily with administrative personnel and all construction project managers
- communicating with homeowners
- labeling and uploading detailed construction job photos
- following through to be sure all timelines are met
- demonstrating the Paul Davis values of integrity, excellence, and outstanding customer service

Position Requirements:

Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan, direct and organize projects
Schedule management
Solid organization skills including multitasking and timemanagement
Ability to work independently
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of construction would be an asset

Training on program requirements and industry-specific software will be provided.
