Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Maintaining and working within 'Project Folders' and other electronic filing systems
- Supporting staff in adherence to project schedules and deadlines
- Booking & managing couriers
- Maintaining office inventory & equipment and ordering further supplies or service as needed
- Plotting, collating, and preparing drawings for engineer's signature
- Working within Excel spreadsheets
- Drafting reports using provided templates
- Assist Accountant with Payroll/Accounts Receivable duties as needed

Salary:
$19.00-$22.00 per hour
