**Description du poste**
Sous la responsabilité du superviseur de service, le répartiteur reçoit les appels des clients et les aide à régler leurs problèmes, selon le cas. Il distribue les appels de service aux électrotechniciens de route ou aux sous-traitants.

**Défis**:

- Prendre les appels de service et assister les clients à travers le Canada.
- Donner des informations générales aux clients et les transférer au personnel technique concerné.
- Répartir les appels de service aux techniciens de façon efficace via le système automatisé de géolocalisation.
- Planifier les maintenances préventives ainsi que le nettoyage et s'assurer de garder la liste de maintenance à jour.

Reporting to the service supervisor, the dispatcher receives calls from customers and helps them solve their problems, as required. He distributes service calls to route electricians or subcontractors.

**Challenges**:

- Take service calls and solve the problem over the phone, across Canada.
- Give general information to customers and transfer it to the appropriate technical staff.
- Dispatch service calls to technicians efficiently via the automated geolocation system.
- Plan preventive maintenance and cleaning, and ensure that the maintenance list is kept up to date.

**Qualifications** Profil recherché**:

- Posséder 2 ans d'expérience comme répartiteur(trice)
- DEP dans un domaine connexe, un atout
- Connaissances techniques et/ou pratiques en mécanique / électrique / programmation d'automates ou l'équivalent
- Aisance informatique
- Bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais, parlées et écrits
- Bon service à la clientèle et bonne organisation du travail

**Profile required**:

- 2 years experience as a dispatcher
- DEP in a related field, an asset
- Technical and/or practical knowledge of mechanics / electricity / PLC programming or equivalent
- Computer skills
- Good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written
- Good customer service and work organization skills
