Maid To Maintain is seeking a highly motivated individual for a part time or full time, residential and commercial cleaning position.

Starting at $18/Hr, after probationary period has potential to rise to $20.00/Hr.

Each property we clean, is special and unique in its own way, we strive to offer the best service possible no matter what the customers needs are.

Position is mostly on weekdays and morning shifts, although some Weekend and evening shifts are required. Position requires a drivers licence, vehicle and cellphone. Must be able to carry products and vacuums from one location to another or to and from the vehicle. Must be able to travel outside of London on occasion.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Punctual and Responsible.
• Have respectful and positive attitude under pressure.
• NO Criminal Record.
• Currently Dated Police Check.
• Mature, Trustworthy and Honest.
• Must follow all COVID19 Guidelines.
• Previous Cleaning Experience (2 years minimum).
• Must be pet friendly and have strong communication skills.
• Must have a drivers licence, vehicle and cell phone.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, that includes some weekends, weeknight and holidays.
• Ability to travel to various locations in and outside of London if required. Also must feel comfortable driving in winter.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• DE Clutter
• Dusting all surfaces.
• Dispose of garbage.
• Vacuuming and Mopping.
• Washing Windows with detail.
• Sink, bathtub and mirror detail.
• Cleaning walls, ceilings and vents.
• Sanitizing common areas and surfaces.
• Stove and Fridge deep cleans and restoration.
• MoveIN & MoveOUT cleans, commercial and residential.
• Cleaning light fixtures and changing light bulbs where needed.
• Traveling outside of London minimum once per week (we pay for full travel time for any travel over 5KM outside of London).

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Uniform provided by us (shirts and hats).
• Vehicle and working cellphone is required.
• Flexible schedule, majority AM shifts.
• Paid training for two weeks at min wage.
• Once hired on start at $18 per hour with ability to grow.
• After 90 day probation period go to $20.00/Hr.
• Travel time paid on all travel over 5KM outside of London at min wage per hour.
• All Cleaning products, supplies and equipment provided by Maid To Maintain INC.
