WARRANTY SERVICE TECHNICIAN


As a member of the Quality control team, you'll be completing handy man work for our quality control department, helping to address a wide variety of issues internally and external of the home.

Repairing and touching up built homes after a QC inspection is complete.


Handyman's Responsibilities Include:


  • Communicate with Quality control department and adhere to scheduled jobs.
  • Upon receipt of a deficiency list, give an estimate time and check off all completed items on company app checklist when complete.
  • Services can include but not limited to drywall repair, painting, caulking, dapping, minor flooring, fixture & millwork repair, and grouting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience working on a Construction Site for a Low-Rise Home Builder preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong ability to follow through to completion.
  • Can work efficiently to ensure the home is completed to builder's standards.
  • Must hold a valid and uptodate driver's license.
  • Must be unionized or be willing to join the union.
