Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Clerk to support our management team at our Edmonton distribution center with administrative clerical work.

Primary Responsibilities:

Reconcile DC stock transfers.
Validating variances to prepare for the claims process.
Threeway matching of EDI invoices with packing slips and Bills of Lading.
Write up and submit claims to Suppliers.
Match nonEDI invoices with packing slips.

Monthly Reports:

Provide support to reconcile and submit monthly Costing Reports.
Provide support to reconcile and submit monthly Purchase Journal.

Qualifications:

To join our team, you need:

Vocational diploma in office administration or accounting.
Have 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
