PURPOSE:
The Production Assembler C is a full-time job opportunity, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Our shift is Mon-Fri, from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Production Assemblers are responsible for the quality assembly of our electronic products. The position activities include building and packaging products with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
During your day, you may be standing or sitting for periods at individual workstations where hand-eye coordination and dexterity are essential and required.
Being able to follow detailed instructions and diagrams is also required. All employees must be able to use and operate various small hand tools safely.Production assembly team members work in a state-of-the-art, open, clean and organized environment.
The various workstations are designed for ergonomics and comfort, and the employee will engage and learn different production assembly jobs for all of our product lines.

EDUCATION
Grade 12 High School graduation or GED is an asset.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
1) Good interpersonal; communication and team building skills.
2) Good hand-eye dexterity, coordination and ability to operate small hand tools (ie. screwdrivers; etc)
3) Ability to follow basic diagrams and instructions for assembly.
4) Ability to stand and sit for periods of time at the various work stations.
5) Ability to operate various small hand tools
Any previous manufacturing or electronics assembly experience is an asset (i.e. soldering); however is not required. We provide the needed training to ensure that each person is supported and successful

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
