***: Manage supervisory positions in Process, Packaging, Utility, and Parts Departments. Directing maintenance in ammonia refrigeration, wastewater, HVAC, steam Boilers, electrical distribution, hydraulics, high
- and low-pressure air and high
- and low-pressure water. Direct maintenance of process related activities including mixing, cooking, frying, freezing, and packaging (Vacuum and MAP seal) and building repairs.

  • Must coordinate with Plant manger on daytoday maintenance activities and the challenges.
  • Must be able to form and maintain maintenance budget and tracking on weekly basis.
  • Must have good analytical skills to control cost and plant down time.
  • Actively participate in JHSC meetings and other related activities.

Essential Job duties:


  • Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects to modify facility
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of plant infrastructures including machinery, equipment, electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ensure that all compliance procedures are in place and all safety procedures are followed to avoid any accidents or incidents.
  • Ensure that safety is made a priority and that employees and managers are abiding by all electrical and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Coordinate cleaning, snow removal and landscaping operations
  • Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
  • Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
  • Plan and manage a facility's maintenance budget
  • Supervise, motivate, train, and discipline employees according to Company policies.
  • Plan and execute the department budget. Analyze variances and initiate corrective action.
  • Full interaction with other departments and personnel.
  • Allocate work assignments and ensure Work Orders are distributed and completed daily and audit on a regular basis.
  • Verify working hours for Maintenance Staff under Maintenance Manager's supervision.
  • Responsible to ensure that all Quality Policies of TGF SQF and HACCP are complied with in all maintenance activities.
  • Ensure team is setting the appropriate priorities for preventive maintenance in the company building.
  • Keep current with technological changes and any governmental regulations changes regarding maintenance duties.
  • Performs additional duties related to the role as assigned by the manager.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • 7+ years combination of technical training and experience in building maintenance.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in facility operations or maintenance

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:


  • Ability to plan maintenance budget and schedule
  • Strong mathematical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent organizational and prior
