Description

Aosom Canada Inc., a fast growing eCommerce company, with direct importing products from our HQ in China. We are now looking for an HR Generalist/Supervisor to help develop a superior workforce, direct and coordinate human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services

Responsibilities:
(include, but not limit to)
- recruiting and staffing
- employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
- employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
- employee relations;
- company-wide committee facilitation;
- company employee and community communication;
- compensation and benefits administration;

Provide employee services and counseling.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney
Provide highquality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Prepare termination and severance letters

Qualifications:

2 years HR Generalist experience in relevant environment;
Possess University degree or higher;
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and HR skills;
Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgement and discretion;
Good organizational, and time management skills;
Excellent computer knowledge in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Microsoft Office with good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs
