Shop Supervisor - Day ShiftWhat We Offer:

Job Duties:
- Experienced Shop Leader and Production Coordinator with minimum of 12 years experience (Knowledge of welding operations is an asset)
- Able to read and interpret drawings/blueprints
- Identify and understand different kinds of jobs to help guide the work force
- Maintaining a clean and organized production flow and assisting the work staff to ensure a maximum amount of production output
- Attention to detail and pride in work quality and output along with an ongoing desire for quality improvement
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to multi task under timed pressure
- Additional duties as required
- Ability to work as a team or individually, as needed
- Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements
- Able to lift weights up to 50lbs
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$30.00-$35.00 per hour
